Who are you ? We are journalists, authors, directors and audiovisual producers. What is your structure ? BAGLIS TV is edited by a production society, SOTIE SARL (www.sotie.fr), created in 2000, which head office is in Colombes. What do you mean by "Tradition" ? Tradition is about principles and metaphysical truths. It concerns the knowledge of the being, archetypes, first principles, of anything that exists; it admits the existence of a divine and universal order. Tradition is "semper rediviva", always reborning; it doesn't appear to men of yesterday nor today. Both ancestral and actual, it is depositary of universal and eternal values. What are your relationships with the lecturers ? Our lecturers are thinkers and serious thinkers of whom we apreciate the quality and sincerity. If some lecturers can appear contraductory or complementary, it is because we represent a plurality of ideas and that each point of view appears to us as a start point of a genuine way towards truth. Is BAGLIS TV attached to a particular philosophical movement ? No. The diversity of conferences, interviews and round tables show our will to talk about all the subjects about Tradition, religions,wisdom and spiritual philosophical movement. We have to add that we are not interested by constituted structures, even though they appear on the site, we are just interested by their ideas. We refuse any dogma and any form of proselytism. Why your site isn't free ? There are two reasons for that. You have to know that the subscription system enables us to remain independent, and not to depend on organizations, associations or others, who would take advantage of it to do some advertisment. Moreover, it enables us to face the spents and to maintain the balance of the costs; it participates, in a way, to the perenniality of our site. What does « BAGLIS » mean ? BAGLIS is an angel, the temperance one, and the middle way. The oldest wtritings on BAGLIS go back to Apollonius of Tyane. |
