André Barbault and Luc Bigé are renowned astrologists. Both fell into the astrological pot when aged 14 and both began to get interested especially by world astrology due to major historical events: to André Barbault, it happened by the coming of the Front Populaire of 1936 and for Luc Bigé, it was when the Berlin Wall fell, in 1989. Two very different lives, two distinct generations but with a same fascinating question:
Is the history of men influenced by planet cycles ?
The solar system is governed by a sky mechanic extremely beautiful and very stable. Thinking about the symbolic of the zodiac wheel and of different planets, every intelligent man has to wonder about a certain number of coincidences. Among them: why did the first Christians use the symbol of the fish when at the same moment earth entered the Age of Pisces ?
Near us: by what great chance did man fly for the first time of his history in a hot-air balloon when astronomers discovered Uranus (the air planet) ? The 20th century was the most murderous of the whole history of humanity. It's during that century that astronomers discovered the Pluto planet, in 1930: Were Staline and Hitler taken by destructive forces of that planet ?
Around Fabrice Pascaud (who is an astrologist as well), André Barbault and Luc Bigé give here some keys of understanding of this ancient art which is astrology. "To govern is to forecast" said Malraux. It is not about forecast, but: myths and planets govern us !
A 50-minutes debate filmed at the Forum 104.
N.B: during that interview filmed on January the 18th of 2011, we note that André Barbault talks about the end of Khadafi as an announced event, but when we filmed that debate, no insurrection had begun in Libya...
