 Within the frame of the festival des Arts visionnaires Chimeria (2009) in Sedan, Maud Grasmuck, called Manjushree Pradhan, shows her initiation and her practice of sacred dances. She shares her experience of Tantric and classical dances of India and Nepal building bridges between the material and the spiritual, man and gods, earth and sky. She describes how, by the grace of motion, the body position and gesture, the dancer is the messenger of an ancestral civilization and the ambassador of cosmos;
how she pays homage to Shiva and Parvati, Krishna and Radha, Bhairab and Kali. Interview led by Stéphane Gravier.
