The precedent part about the works of Hergé gave us an original key of reading of the order of the four albums: The Secret of the Unicorn, Red Rackham's Treasure, The Seven Crystal Balls and Prisoners of the Sun which unfolding bound, according to Jacques Fontaine, to the symbolic of the Little Work and The Great Work. In this third and last part, the author deciphers the importance and the role of the language of the birds in the work of Hergé especially through the letters: A,R and C that we find at a frequency more than in usual language
: Huascar, Karaboudjan, Pachacamac, Carreidas, Castafiore, Archibald, Ranko, Haddock…
The Language of the birds is to Latin alphabet what Kabbalah is to Hebrew: a permutation of syllables, sounds, letters which gives a second symbolical sense to a word or to an expression. - What symbols are linked to these three mysterious letters? - Why does this analysis lightens the story within the story in "Cigars of the Pharaoh" and to what metaphoric result are we assisting in "Prisoners of the Sun"?
Thanks to an analysis of Hergé's personal life, particularly the grave depression that the author suffered after World War Two, Jacques Fontaine shows us to what extent these albums, life and the Quest of these author are linked.
